Reporting to Business Head

Job Description :

•        Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives

•        Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

•        Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

•        Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

•        Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

•        Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

•        Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

•        Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

•        Hands-on experience in similar industry & related sales experience.

•        Good communication with an analytical approach.

•        Exposure to the African market would be added advantage but not necessary.

•        He / She must have a self-starting attitude, self-learning mentality and be able to work in a self-employed environment.

•        Strong Analytical and quantitative thinking skills.

•        Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

•        Solid understanding of services and best practice
